Front Tooth Implant

This beautiful lady came to us after a terrible accident that had let her top front left tooth fractured. She had seen her local dentist right after the incident who helped her with a temporary filling. The patient was still in a lot of pain and it presented in a very poor condition so Dr Raghu removed the tooth and placed a bone graft in the site to prepare for an implant. A denture with the missing tooth was made so that the patient could it wear while the extraction site healed. 

The patient then had the implant placed, and after a couple of months also had a soft tissue graft. A few months later after the implant had had time to integrate with the bone, and the soft tissue graft had healed, we issued the patient with a temporary prosthesis to let the soft tissue mature some more and to shape the gums. 

Once Dr Raghu and the patient were happy with the results, they continued to the final prosthesis, and also changed the other front tooth to a porcelain veneer as it too was damaged in the accident. 

After her accident, this patient never believed she'd be able to smile again. Her faith in us, along with her patience gave her a brand new smile and she said she has got her life back now.
